I bought a bunch of fruit. We had one of our families favorites, Hawaiian Haystacks. It's rice and crispy noodles with a cream of chicken sauce and then you top it with things like cheese, olives, tomatoes, pineapple, green onions, almonds, celery ect.... We also had watermelon, fruit kabobs, and fruit palm trees. I made sure we had umbrella drinks too! My kids had never seen a real coconut. I bought one and let them throw it to the ground to crackers it. They tasted the milk and coconut meat. We also blew "cobra bubbles" (name of the social worker). Goldfish made a great movie snack!
