I made Gumbo aka Taco Soup and all the kids helped stir the pot and pretend to put Tabasco Sauce in like little Tiana! Taco soup is a favorite at our house and I don't think anyone of the kids would have eaten real Gumbo so I improvised! We also made beignets. I used Rhodes Rolls and cut them in forths. Fried them in oil and sprinkled with powdered sugar and honey. They were gone so fast!!

Princess and the Frog Disney Dinner
I love The Princess and the Frog! I love the whole New Orleans atmosphere that goes with it! We dressed in bright festive colors and I bought all our Mardi Gras things from the dollar store.
