I chose Brave for B! I love the movie! I love Princess Merida! Plus you have all the bears and bow and arrow for B too!
I'm not going to sugar coat it. Today probably should have been B is for Brats! But it wasn't ;) it was for Brave. We only have 3 kids in our "school" and each one took their turn crying, whining, pouting and being mean today!
Anyway we started with letter stamping. I found some neat letter stamping and tracing over at Palmer Practicality you can find here. The Brave letter tracing worksheet and coloring sheet I put together myself.
For fun I made the kids bow and arrows. I googled and tried them with popsicle sticks, floss and q-tips. It didn't work for me. (Pinterest fail lol) I saw an idea on you tube where a guy made one with a plastic ruler, yarn and a pencil. It worked!! The kids loved them after they figures them out!!
For snack we had bears (gummy bears and teddy grahams) and berries! We had some other really cute bear snacks when we did our Brother Bear Movie night.
For our cute Alphabet Disney book we made Merida with a bow and arrow and the Letter B with bear paws!!
Look at that cute little goof in the middle!! (These books are my favorite part ;) )
We also did play doh Bs. The kids LOVE play doh time.
Love these cute little smiles!! Looks can be deceiving though! They all took their turn smashing each other's creations!! Maybe next week will be better?!
